Data notes

Current month: items matched to a bank transaction (same amount within 0.5%, within 12 days, address or company in the description preferred) or marked done are shown as Done and drop out of the remaining cash flow; the projected balance starts from today's bank balance. Group comes from the Owner field; department from Transaction Type. Operation Group companies always fall under the Operation department. Rental is an expense in Operation Group and income in every other group. Mortgage payments come from the Monthly Mortgage2026 sheet: unpaid 2026 payables as listed, later months projected from the latest monthly payable until the loan's expiry. Amounts come from the imported Lark tables (Purchase, Sale, Refi, Rehab Loan Sheet, Mortgage 2026) plus active manual forecasts. Payments are positive; receipts are negative and green. Cash flow uses Est. Closing Funds or the expected net amount, never Purchase Price, Sale Price or Loan Amount. Sale falls back to Sale Price × 0.94 − Outstanding Loan Amount (Loan Info) only when Est. Closing Funds is blank. Weekly columns are calendar weeks Sunday–Saturday, built only from expected dates; rows without a date stay in Date Unconfirmed. Department changes do not change totals. Projected balance = today's bank balance − cumulative net cash flow. This is a forecast, not bank balances.

Sale price and outstanding loan

Saved on this page and kept when Lark syncs again. Sales recalculate Est. Seller Refund = Sale Price × 0.94 − Outstanding Loan. Leave a field blank to use the Lark value.

Department mapping

Saved for this property and transaction type, and kept when the Lark data is imported again.

Import Lark data

In Lark, open each table and download it as Excel or CSV, then choose the files here. Each file you choose replaces that source's earlier import. Sources you leave empty stay as they are.
